This page explains how to delete your account in AuraClash (the mobile app operated by Suleiman Al Khoury, Spain), and exactly what is removed when you do.
Email support@auraclash.app from any address, telling us your handle (for example @yourhandle). We will delete the account and confirm by reply. We respond within 30 days and normally much sooner.
| Deleted immediately | What happens to it |
|---|---|
| Your profile | Removed permanently. |
| Your handle | Released. It becomes available for someone else to claim. |
| Your aura, Victory Points, wins, losses and streak | Removed permanently. |
| Your fighter (avatar choices) | Removed permanently. |
| Your crew memberships | Removed. You disappear from crew leaderboards. |
| Your battles and your votes | Removed permanently. |
| Your account identifier | Removed from our authentication provider. |
| Kept | Why |
|---|---|
| Other players' records of battles you took part in | They keep their own aura history. Your name is stripped from it — the record no longer identifies you. |
| Reports made about your account | Kept only while a safety issue is being handled, then deleted. |
Nothing is kept on a retention timer beyond the above. There is no backup copy of your profile that resurfaces later.
Videos made with the in-app Battle Camera are saved to your own device and are never uploaded to us, so there is nothing on our side to delete. Remove them from your phone's camera roll in the usual way.
