Terms of Service

Battle people. Let the crowd decide. Don't be the reason we have to write more rules.

1. Who we are, and what this is

AuraClash is operated by Suleiman Al Khoury, Spain ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

2. You must be 13 or older

AuraClash is for people aged 13 and over. If you are under 13 you may not create an account. If local law where you live sets a higher age for using a service like this without a parent's consent, that age applies to you.

3. Your account

• Your handle is chosen once and is permanent. Pick accordingly.
• Don't impersonate other people, or pick a handle that is hateful, sexual, or targets someone.
• You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• If you don't link your account to Apple or Google sign-in, and you lose access to your device, we cannot recover it for you. Linking exists exactly for this.

4. Rules of conduct

Don't use AuraClash to harass, threaten, bully or target anyone. Don't use it to organise anything violent or illegal. Don't try to cheat the aura or Victory Point systems, break the voting, or access other people's accounts or our systems.

There is zero tolerance for abusive content or abusive behaviour towards other users. You can block any user, and report any user, from anywhere their handle appears. Reports are reviewed and we act on them, including by removing accounts. Users who are found to be abusing others can be ejected without warning or refund.

5. Battles are decided by people, not by us

Battles are judged by whoever is in the session. Results are final. We do not overturn results, restore lost aura, or arbitrate disputes about who deserved to win. If a session breaks or nobody settles it, the app cleans it up automatically.

6. What happens outside the app is on you

AuraClash keeps score for things that happen in the real world. We don't organise meetups, we don't tell you where anyone is, and we have no location features. Where you go, who you meet, and what you do there is entirely your responsibility. Be sensible, and don't battle strangers you have no reason to trust.

7. Aura, Victory Points and cosmetics

• Aura and Victory Points have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, traded, transferred or cashed out, and there is no marketplace.
• Victory Points are earned by playing, and can be spent only on cosmetic items inside the app.
• If we sell cosmetic items for money, they are a licence to use them in the app, not property you own. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms, and their refund policies apply.
• We may change how the game economy works — including rank thresholds, point amounts and caps — to keep it fair.

8. Anything you create

The only thing you write in AuraClash is your handle. Your fighter is assembled from components we provide. Videos you record with the in-app camera stay on your device and are yours; we never receive them. You grant us permission to display your handle, fighter, and results to other players, which is how the app works.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. It is immediate and permanent. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, and we may stop offering the service.

10. No warranty, and our liability

AuraClash is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost aura, points, cosmetics or account data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights under EU and Spanish law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and significant changes will be flagged in the app.

12. Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without affecting mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
